You agree to use the Agency’s services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. As a staffing agency, we facilitate job matching and placement services. You shall not:
4.1. Submit false or misleading information regarding job qualifications, experience, or credentials.
4.2. Engage in any activity that may compromise the security or integrity of the Agency’s platform.
Your use of the Agency’s services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found here. By using the Agency’s services, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
The Agency reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to its services for any reason, without notice.
The Agency’s services are provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee job placement or specific employment outcomes.
To the extent permitted by law, the Agency shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of its services.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cook County, IL. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Cook County, IL.
