Our client, a not-for-profit healthcare organization in Washington, is seeking a dedicated Mental Health Specialist to join their team. This is a great opportunity for the right person to gain experience and help make a difference in the Seattle, WA community. 

What you'll be doing…

  • Working with involuntary adults
  • Using de-escalation strategies
  • Floor rounds, line of sight, patient observation

The right person has…

  • CNA or NAR
  • BLS
  • De-escalation certificate (CPI or MOAB)
  • Minimum 1 year inpatient mental health or medical hospitalization experience
